Chrysanthemum Herbal Tea

Chrysanthemum herbal tea, also known as chrysanthemum tea or simply mum tea, is a floral infusion made from dried chrysanthemum flowers. Chrysanthemum flowers belong to the Asteraceae family and are native to East Asia, particularly China.

When steeped, the chrysanthemum petals release their delicate aroma, flavor, and beneficial compounds. The tea has a light and slightly sweet floral taste with a refreshing and soothing quality. Chrysanthemum herbal tea is popularly consumed for its potential health benefits, which may include relaxation, anti-inflammatory properties, and rich antioxidant content.

Chrysanthemum herbal tea can be enjoyed both hot and cold and is often served plain or with a sweetener such as honey. It is caffeine-free and suitable for consumption at any time of the day.
