Q: I saw the promo online but want the discounted drink in-store, without ordering online. What should I do?
A: The offer is only available for online orders placed through the app or website. You can place an online order to redeem it, or sign up for Teapioca Rewards for more future offers.
Q: Can I add toppings or switch the drink?
A: Add-ons and customizations are permitted but will not be discounted with the promo code. The discount is only applicable towards Art of Tea and Premium Tea categories.
Q: I forgot to enter the promo code online. Can I get the discounted drink anyway?
A: Unfortunately, no. The promo must be redeemed through the online system using the “TEA50” code. We cannot apply the offer manually.
Q: Will I need to do anything in-store when I pick up my order?
A: No action at the register or pickup counter is needed. The discounted drink will be handled automatically through our online order system.
Q: I placed an online order with the promo code and want to modify the drink at pickup. Can you do that?
A: No, any modifications must be indicated when placing the order online. Discounted items may not be modified at time of pickup.
